JS Market Day

There was excitement in the air as our incredible Year 3-6 students set up their Market Day stalls and anticipated their first customers! As selling continued over recess and lunch, there was a wonderful buzz around the building as students, teachers and family members debated which items to purchase with their money. There were some tough calls to be made – do I buy a cupcake, juice, bookmark or guess the number of lollies in a jar?
We would like to thank all our students in Years 3-6 who worked exceptionally hard to bake, collect and make items for their stalls. We know this would not have been possible without the support of their families and we thank you too, and of course we must not forget those who visited stalls and spent money. What an outstanding Oxley community opportunity to raise money for our sponsored Amari children, Beatrice Patrick and Wallin, driven by our Junior School Student Forum members.
