Senior School Art Teacher

The College invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced teachers to join our enthusiastic and supportive Senior School team commencing Term 2, 2023.

This is a full time replacement role for 1 year with the possibility of ongoing.

Teaching a range of classes across Years 7 to 12.

Music Instructor – Strings Instrument

The College is seeking an enthusiastic teacher of shoulder strings to join our dynamic Performing Arts program and instruct in state of the art facilities.

Expertise

The successful applicant will instruct private students in shoulder strings.

The position is for approximately 0.2FTE (equivalent of 1 day) with some flexibility in timetabling.

Learning Support Assistant

The College is seeking Learning Support Assistants to work in the Junior School and / or Senior School.
Learning Support Assistants are employed on a 1 year fixed term contract basis with potential to extend the initial appointment into an ongoing position.

Junior School LSAs will support Junior School students, alongside teachers in the classroom. These roles include:

  • Prep LSAs – 5 mornings per week during school term.
  • Junior School LSAs – 3 to 4 days per week during school term.

Senior School LSAs will work alongside subject teachers to support Senior School students in the physical or virtual classroom.
These roles are 3 to 5 days per week from 8.00am to 3.45pm during school terms, commencing Term 1 2023.

The successful applicants will have an understanding of the educational, social and emotional needs of adolescents with special learning needs. They will be required to participate in monitoring the needs of students with learning disabilities and provide support for classroom teachers.

It is desirable that applicants have, or are studying towards obtaining, Certificate IV in Educational Support, or similar qualification or are studying towards a teaching qualification.
