Full Time, 0.8 to 1.0 FTE
This position is available to commence in January 2026. An earlier start date in Term 4, 2025 can be negotiated with the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities
We consider Health and Physical Education as an integral part of a well-rounded education and are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Health and Physical Education Teacher who shares our values to join our team.
As a Health and Physical Education teacher in our Junior School, you will play a crucial role in shaping the physical well-being and healthy habits of our students.
- Teaching and Planning: Developing a comprehensive Health and Physical Education curriculum for Prep to Year 6, ensuring alignment with the Australian standards and Christian values.
- It includes delivering dynamic and age-appropriate lessons that focus on skill development, sportsmanship and fitness.
- Organise and supervise sports activities and events, with an emphasis on character development and spiritual growth.
- Assess student progress, and incorporate social-emotional learning to support students' holistic health.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Health and Physical Education, Primary Education, or a related field (with teaching qualifications).
- Experience in teaching primary school students, preferably in an Australian Curriculum based setting.
- Ability to teach from a Biblical perspective and integrate Christian values into teaching practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
