What is ESOS?
Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) is a series of laws and legislation that promotes quality education and consumer protection for overseas students. These are put in place by the Australian Government to keep international (overseas) students safe. The ESOS Legislative Framework includes established laws and safeguards under the ESOS Act 2000, and the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018.
