International Students Coordinator

Commencement Date: 21 January 2026
Full Time/Part Time, Ongoing.

The International Students Coordinator is an administrative facilitator who supports the academic and cultural integration of international students at Oxley. The Coordinator provides assistance in enrolment, orientation and as a liaison with other staff to support student wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist international students and their families in the application and enrolment process.
  • Organise and deliver orientation and induction materials for new international students.
  • Ensure compliance with information and communication management (PRISMS, CoE, OSHC, CRICOS & ESOS).
  • Collaborate with other departments and staff members.
  • Act as a liaison between students, families, agents, and internal departments.
  • Other duties as per the role description.

  • Experience working with international students in an educational setting.
  • Experience in student wellbeing or pastoral care.
  • Experience in liaising with agents.
  • Proficiency in a second language.
