Administration Assistant
Commencement Date: Immediate
Part Time, 0.6 FTE, Ongoing
We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to support the daily operations of our vibrant College environment. Working as part of a collaborative team, this role facilitates Christian education through professional, efficient and thoughtful administrative service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior staff, teachers, students, and families.
- Manage enquiries, phone calls, and overflow reception duties with warmth and efficiency.
- Assist in document production, mail distribution, print room operations, and event organisation.
- Maintain accurate records using student data systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Liaise with Accounts to support financial processes.
- Contribute to the College’s publications and promotional materials.
- Uphold the Christian ethos of the College through active participation in devotions and community life.
- Other duties as listed in the Role Description.
Skills
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- High-level data entry and typing skills.
- Competency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
Desirable
- Familiarity with school data management systems (Synergetic, SEQTA, etc)
This role is a 0.6 FTE, 3 day a week position primarily during School Term only. Preferred availability: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
