Office Manager

The College is seeking a well presented, organised professional to join our friendly team. If you are suitably qualified and experienced for this full time role, we would welcome your application.

This role is responsible for (but not limited to):

  •  Leading and managing the Administration team in presenting a highly professional, welcoming and helpful service to the College community.
  • Overseeing the day to day operations of the Administration team.
  • Effectively planning and managing the various administrative projects and procedures; and
  • Working collaboratively with senior staff and supporting teachers with the production and organisation of teaching materials and other requirements.

The successful applicant will have extensive experience in administration and modern management practices and procedures, with highly developed computer skills, including MS Office and database programs.

Desirable: Exposure to education management systems (such as Synergetic and SEQTA),
