Assistant to the Registrar / Receptionist

Position Description

The College is seeking an Administration Assistant / Receptionist with high level data entry and typing skills, competent with the MS Office suite and familiar with school data management systems (Synergetic, SEQTA and PRISMS) is desirable.

As the first point of contact for visitors to the College, you will have a friendly and professional manner together with the ability to build rapport and proactively resolve enquiries while providing a high level of customer service, resulting in an outstanding customer experience. Reporting to the Registrar and Office Manager, this busy, diverse and interesting role will suit someone who also has strong organisational and time management skills, an ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and competing requests with high-level attention to detail.
