Office Manager

The Office Manager is responsible for (among other things):

  • Leading and managing the Administration Team in presenting a highly professional, welcoming and helpful service to the College community;
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Administration Team;
  • Effectively planning and managing the various administrative projects and procedures; and
  • Working collaboratively with senior staff and supporting teachers with the production and organisation of teaching materials and other requirements.

The successful applicant will have had extensive experience in administration and modern management practices and procedures, with highly developed computer skills, including MS Office and data base programs. It is desirable that the successful applicant has had exposure to education management systems, such as Synergetic and SEQTA.
